Good playin', lead and rhythm. But I found the song structure to be overly redundant. I also wanted to hear some 16th note passages and it seems that the lead guitar is not sufficiently high in the mix.

Wa-a-ay too long, the drums and the bass are too high up in the mix.

I like the xylophone part, and the rhythm guitar part has an interesting Jamiroquai vibe, but for a song of this length you need a lot more variety than there currently is.

Yeah, and I think the lead guitar should take more risks, less of the stock bends and more pinch harmonics and flash passages, obviously not all the time, but there is a place for them.

Also, there are a couple of points where the harmony sounds wrong.

Not bad, but not jazz, sorry.
