great track, love the Rhodes sounding keys and the bass/drum groove is fantastic...
out here in LA (not sure where you are from) there is the radio station 94.7 the Wave and this could be right there on their playlist..!

Really infectious, upbeat funky Jazz ala Jan Hammer here. The vocals kind of put in mind of the gals who appeared on Fuzcinski/Medeski's "Lunar Crush" album. There's a classic sort of phrasing, but playing around just a bit within the idiom, in the vocals AND the instrumentation...not "out there" experimentation for experimentation's sake, but some good, loose FUN.
